• Phone the Family Information Service on 0800 587 8191
• Fill out our online feedback form
• Join one of our parent forums by emailing localoffer@cornwall.gov.uk, becoming a member of Parent Carer Cornwall or the Young Person's SEND Board.

If you would like to join the Young People's SEND Board please contact Young People Cornwall on 01872 222 447.

Feedback will be collated and we will respond using a ‘you said, we did’ approach. You can find a summary of the appropriate contributions in the following tab.

Comments regarding service provision and gaps in service will be forwarded to the relevant teams.
