Keep Fit Thursdays (Beginners/Returners to Exercise) - Treverbyn
A low impact, circuit-based session which aims to improve cardio, strength, balance and co-ordination and is particularly aimed at older and less mobile individuals to help improve overall fitness and well-being.

Located in a rural setting in the centre of Cornwall, the Hall is just 10 minutes from the A30 and A390, between Stenalees and Penwithick. There is plenty of free parking available adjacent to and surrounding the hall.

This circuits based session is specially designed for people who are older or who haven't exercised in a while.
Promoting all aspects of general fitness including strength and flexibility, it helps with day to day activities and also help prevent slips, trips and falls later on in life.
Great way to meet new friends too
If you are new to / a returner to exercise then it is advisable that you consult your GP prior to starting any new exercise programme. Each participant will be asked to sign a Health Commitment Statement prior to starting their first session.
- First session is free to try, then its £18 for 4 sessions or £5 per session. Payable to Treverbyn Community Hall on arrival.
