The site is open 5 days a week. Learners attend the education program for 3 days a week. 2 days are in the classroom and 1 day a week in the chosen area of work experience on-site. We have activities during the week that learners can join in with which can include yoga, kickboxing, football, singing and fit to wiggle.

Inclusion details
- How we make our service inclusive
Our learning is designed to be accessible. We work with our awarding body to use assessment methods that supports learners to achieve their maximum potential without the reliance on reading and writing.
All of our activities are designed with needs in mind. We adapt activities to ensure they are inclusive.
- Staff SEND experience
Our staff have relevant teaching qualifications and experience to be effective with teaching and learning. Our additional learning support team were recently (Oct 18) graded as outstanding through external observation. We have comprehensive staff training including safeguarding, first aid, manual handling, equality and diversity, prevent, mental health first aid, person centred planning, risk assessment, food hygiene. We are a small team so which means we can work closely with learners/trainees and their families and make support changes in a timely manor.
- How our service supports providers / schools / colleges
We work with providers to support transition. We attend review meetings, offer taster sessions for learners and site visits, offer open days so learners can come and try the activities we do to see if it is for them. Make appointments for providers to bring people here to have a look around and find out more.
- Support at key transition points
We facilitate EHCP review meetings. We offer appointments for taster sessions on site. We offer open days for learners and families to come and find out about us. We ensure there is enough time, information and sessions to ensure. We complete an expression of interest form for every learner/trainee that would like to come here to ensure we have enough information to provide effective support. Within that process we also like to understand what the progression plan is for that learner to ensure our support aligns with planned outcomes and we like to understand what is important for that learner, their likes and dislikes so we can tailor learning and provision.
