COVID19 Update on our childcare services:

To adhere to the latest Government guidance, support international efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 and promote social distancing, we will no longer be running our childcare activities over the Easter period. If you have already booked a childcare session over the Easter break, we will be in touch to arrange a refund.

As a charity supporting Cornwall's most vulnerable children and young people, we have been asked to stay open by statutory services and to provide our core services to those whom need our support through this challenging time as for many young people home is not a safe place to be. To mitigate the risks we are undertaking all necessary measures and following all Government guidelines and will review and update our approach on a daily basis.

We hope to be running our activity days again by the summer and would greatly appreciate your support at this time. If you can help us by supporting our work with a donation it would mean we can continue to work with Cornwall’s disadvantaged young people through this crisis, supporting them and providing the safe place that will be desperately needed.

Thank you very much in advance,

Team BF Adventure

BF Adventure is an outdoor activity centre with a mission: “Inspiring, challenging and motivating people, especially young people, to develop their life skills to bring about positive change”

Based in Penryn on a 60 acre site with beautiful water filled quarries, we support children and young people to improve their well-being and life outcomes.

Using a wide range of outdoor activities such as archery, climbing, abseiling, canoeing, kayaking and various team building and problem solving challenges, young people receive a programme tailored to their needs that supports them to make positive changes. Our team are skilled in enabling children and young people to address behaviour issues and support them to build their confidence and develop a range of life skills.
