Time Out for Autistic Spectrum Disorder - Saltash
Services and organisations that have the Local Offer flash have filled out inclusion information, meaning that they meet the needs of people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Time Out from ASD is an evidence based programme designed for any parent of a child with ASC who may have behavioural, emotional or school difficulties.

The programme runs for 6 weeks delivered as a series of 4 hour weekly sessions. The course covers the following material:

  1. Parenting with Children with Special Needs
  2. Self Esteem
  3. Coping with Your Feelings
  4. Understanding Behaviour
  5. Managing Behaviour
  6. Home and School Issues
  7. The Wider Family
  8. Understanding ASC

Referral onto this course is through the Early Help Hub who can be contacted on 01872 322277 or    

They will discuss your needs and send the request though to the Parenting and Adult Education Lead who will then follow up on the request in person.
