KGHypnobirthing Antenatal Course

KGHypnobirthing is a complete antenatal course that gives you confidence and trust in your body and birth as well as knowledge and information surrounding the maternity medical system. This information lays a foundation so you can make the right decisions for you and your baby as they arise on the birthing journey.

These classes re-frame birth as a normal and natural function of the body through scientific knowledge of what is happening to the body during birth. To support this, deep relaxation techniques are taught to allow the functions of the body to unfold naturally as you welcome your baby into the world.

You will learn how to create the right conditions for an empowered birth experience paving the way for the best start to life with your baby.

KGHypnobirthing is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives and is a complete and in-depth antenatal course. It is unique from other antenatal courses as we build a positive expectation of birth as a normal and natural function of the body so that you can release fear and trust your body, your baby and your instincts. I will guide you in techniques in breathing, deep relaxation and other tools that you and you birth partner will practice beforehand so that when the time comes to birth your baby you will feel confident, comfortable and relaxed.
