Werrington School
Services and organisations that have the Local Offer flash have filled out inclusion information, meaning that they meet the needs of people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

North Petherwin Primary School and Werrington Community Primary School are small rural schools. We have been federated since April 2012 and work together on many projects. In January 2016 we also became part of An Daras Multi Academy Trust.

Both schools have a wonderful family atmosphere because the staff know the children well and children of all ages learn and play together.

We firmly believe in a strong partnership between school and the family.  Education is a continuous process which we all share to give children confidence, enthusiasm and enjoyment in learning. All staff, teaching and non-teaching, together with our Governors are there to provide the best possible education for our pupils.  We aim to provide a holistic view to education where academic, physical and creative skills are all of great importance. We encourage children to take responsibilities, make decisions and to think for themselves with everyone working together showing care and respect for others. We aim to prepare them for adult life within a happy, secure and stimulating environment where having fun while learning is a priority.

Each school takes children from age two. There is always lots going on!
