How our service supports providers / schools / colleges

We work with schools and colleges when possible to work through transitions and experiences

Support at key transition points

We provide support to young people by providing fun activities and information that explores life experiences and issues that young people face on a level that suits them individually.

Other local or national support

Action for Children also provide youth groups on a Monday night for disabled young people in Hayle and on a Friday night in St Blazey, Par.

Holiday activity days are delivered during the school holidays for children and young people 5 - 17 years.

please call 01872 321486 or email cornwall.space@actionforchildren.org.uk for more information.

Resolving disagreements, mediation and making complaints

We always ask that comments about our service are discussed with the team in the first instance. if this is not appropriate we have the Tell us complaint process. We have a leaflet that is always available on request to guide you through this process.

As we are also a Cornwall Council commissioned service complaints can also be made through them.
