RSSFTraining are proud to offer both parent and professional training. Lauren and Andrew cover training related to Autism Spectrum Conditions and associated social communication needs. Whether your child has or does not have a diagnosis our training sessions can help you. We offer set sessions but can also tailor bespoke sessions for you, your family or school. How we make our service inclusive

We hire venues and in all cases do our best to ensure accessibility for all attending. Please contact us if you have any specific needs and we will work with you to take any necessary steps to support you in attending our training sessions. 

Staff SEND experience

Andrew has been an Autism Advisor for 12 years and is now a self employed SEN Consultant. Before that worked as a teacher in both primary and Secondary schools. He has delivered training across many schools in both Cornwall and the Plymouth area. Andrew also has a Masters in Special educational needs with a specialism in Autism.

Lauren has supported people with a variety of needs for the past 10 years both as support staff in schools, personal assistant for families and currently teaches at Penwith College in Penzance teaching students with additional needs. 

How our service supports providers / schools / colleges

We offer set training to schools, colleges and providers. We can also tailor bespoke training sessions for settings.

Resolving disagreements, mediation and making complaints
