English National Concessionary Fares Scheme (Bus Pass)

Bus passes are available to eligible residents of Cornwall allowing free bus travel during off peak hours on local bus services in England (not Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales or the Isle of Man). Eligibility for a bus pass depends on age or disability.

The Council does not charge for issuing a bus pass but there is a small charge for a replacement unless a valid Crime Reference number is provided.

To find out if you may qualify for a bus pass, find out how to apply or to order a replacement bus pass, contact the Council on the details below. Information on eligibility and an application form are available online.

If your main residence is in Cornwall and you are either of pensionable age or have a permanent disability you may be entitled to a pass. It is important you apply for the category of pass that best fits you.
