Charlotte Dengler Childminding
Services and organisations that have the Local Offer flash have filled out inclusion information, meaning that they meet the needs of people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Hi, my name is Charlotte and I am an Ofsted registered childminder in Falmouth. I live with my husband Chrissy, my daughter Esme and my stepson Jowan. We do not have any pets and we are non smokers.
I have a passion for caring and educating children and it is this that has led me to setting up my own business as a childminder. I have experience of newborns through to young adults. I have also worked with disabled children in a school environment offering movement and dance therapy.
I offer excellent quality childcare in my home. I will welcome your child in to my setting and build a relationship with them, ensuring they are always well cared for and I will help them develop and learn through these early years.
I have a strong belief that children learn so much from being outdoors and this is something I will offer to your children, whether it's an activity in the garden, a trip to the local park, gardens or woods or a walk down to our nearby beach Swanpool to feed the ducks and collect pebbles!
There will also be plenty of opportunities provided for your child to socialise with other children outside of the setting at local playgroups, music sessions or meeting with other childminders and their children.
At home I offer stimulating activities throughout the day and encourage exploratory play so your child will be learning and developing new skills. Whether we are painting, cooking / baking, making or singing and dancing your child will be provided with opportunities to help them develop and grow!
I provide childcare from 7.30am - 6pm Monday - Friday, but I can be flexible if you require anything outside of these times, please enquire and where possible I will try to accommodate your needs.
I have an enhanced DBS, I am Paediactric first aid trained, I have a level 3 in Safegaurding and Child protection. I also hold a level 2 in food safety and hygiene. As well as training in the Early Years Foundation Stages, and relevant childminder training.
