Mabe School
Services and organisations that have the Local Offer flash have filled out inclusion information, meaning that they meet the needs of people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Mabe Community Primary School is a small school situated just off the A394, three miles from the coastal town of Falmouth and seven miles from the city of Truro. It has views across the Carrick Roads, overlooking Penryn and Falmouth. The area is predominantly given to agricultural and quarrying activities and most of the children live in the immediate vicinity and come from a broad cross section of the community.

The school is a modern purpose built site, opened in 1986, promoting a good learning environment for its pupils. The school has four well proportioned classrooms, a well equipped library, a computer suite and a multi-functional hall.

There are two playgrounds, one for the Early Years Foundation Stage

(EYFS) children and Infants, including a small garden plot and one for the Juniors, which includes a vegetable plot for each class. The children have the opportunity of using the adjoining field, which is shared with the community. The Community Hall is adjacent to the school on a separate site and links between the school and the community are strong.
