The Bee Mindful Quest - Fowey

The Bee Mindful Quest is open to everyone that has a sense of adventure and is all about taking a break from your busy day, be encouraged to get outdoors and into the countryside, while taking a moment for yourself to re-energise, improve your mental wellbeing and have some fun.

Whether you’re taking part in the quest alone, as a team or with your family and friends, the key objective is to be in the moment and leave random acts of kindness in your footprints for others to find.

The quest includes a series of planned walks, which include hidden treasures and log books that can be found at various destinations around Cornwall’s community fire stations.

Additionally, there’s a resource box for stations to borrow, which contains two activities and all the materials needed for watches / families to create their own treasures to leave at the Bee Mindful destinations across Cornwall.

The ideal way to start, is by planning an event at your station, invite your family and friends to get involved with one of the creative activies and then select a walk to complete or plan your own walk by adopting a station to base your walk around.
