Grampound Road CE Primary School
Services and organisations that have the Local Offer flash have filled out inclusion information, meaning that they meet the needs of people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Grampound Road Village Church of England School is a co-educational school with approximately 127 children on roll whose ages range from 4 -11 years. We also provide a nursery provision for pupils from 3 years old.

‘Nurturing God’s gifts with compassion and drive so that all our children succeed, learn and thrive,' is our mission statement. We believe that having high expectations and standards throughout the school are the keys to success for all. It is my pleasure and privilege to be the Head of School of such a very happy school. Our children are well-behaved, they work hard, try their best and thoroughly enjoy their learning – they are, quite simply a pleasure to teach!

Our staff are committed to making learning exciting and interesting linking to our Christian ethos. We try to provide a stimulating curriculum with organised visits and visitors linked to learning and there are also many opportunities to develop personal interests through the many sports and after school clubs which range from cooking to running club.

There is a very real sense of community within our school – we are a family school which is part of The Saint Piran’s Cross Trust. We are part of a larger Christian community and, through charitable work we teach humility and thankfulness.
