Council tax
Council Tax advisors are available on Tuesdays only from 9am–1pm and 2pm-5pm. These are drop in session, appointments are not available.

Devon and Cornwall Police
The Devon and Cornwall Police enquiry office is now located within Pydar House. The opening times for the enquiry office are Monday to Friday:
- 09:00 - 13:15
- 14:00 - 17:00
Parking
There is limited Disabled Customer parking available at the Truro Information Service. The nearest pay and display parking are Edward Street car park, Carrick House, St Clement Street car park, Pydar Street car park and Viaduct car park
Accessibility
- Reception and Information Service is accessed on Level 2 at Pydar House. Ths provides level access for pedestrians from Pydar Street and the inner Courtyard off Union Street (and Edward Street car park), both entrance have power assisted entrance doors
- There are a number of Blue badge parking spaces provided on level 3 of the tiered car park at Pydar House for disabled visitors
- In addition general visitor parking (including additional Blue Badge spaces) are available in a number of Public Car parks nearby – the closest being Edward Street car park again with level access through the courtyard to reception on;
- On level 3 of the tiered Pydar Street car park there is a power-assisted entrance door – the lift will provide access for non-able bodied visitors to the reception area on Level 2;
- There is a disabled toilet on level 2 near to reception
- There is a hearing loop at the Information Service desk
