GOAL @ Gorfenna

Set in 10 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside between Liskeard and Callington, Gorfenna offers a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for a range of vulnerable people giving them the opportunity to take part in a mixture of daily activities.

Whether joining in with crafting in our purpose built craft rooms, working with wood in our extensive wood workshop or helping out with the gardening or animals on the farm, these activities help build confidence, independence and self-esteem.

At GOAL, people can work individually or in a small group on different projects that appeal to them. The Staff Team and Volunteers supervise and assist with the work and help to develop skills.

At GOAL we want to enable people to pursue the normality of life, the work habit, achieving a task, and be successful on a personal level, pushing their own boundaries of confidence and competence. The service we provide is suitable for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, Autism/Asperger’s and those recovering from strokes or other health issues.
