Unlike other providers of Domiciliary Health and Care Services we have no Qualifying Criteria. If you believe you would benefit from additional support with any aspect of your Health, Care or Wellbeing do not hesitate to contact us. All our staff are Trained, Qualified and (where required,) Registered with their Professional Body.

To ensure we meet your every need we work alongside you, your family, friends and where appropriate the local community to create a Bespoke Personalised Care and Support Plan. No matter how simple or complex your needs are we will be able to provide you with a service tailored to you.

We have a team of Qualified Carers (Personal Assistants), Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. We will always work alongside you matching our staff to your needs and most importantly your personality. If you have long term care needs you may wish to be involved in the recruitment of your staff team. We are happy for you to be involved from creating the advertisement to being a part of the selection process.

We understand that your home is important and therefore we are able to include it in your Personalised Care and Support Plan. If you require hand rails to help you move around we can make them out of the material of your choice if you require a downstairs en-suite we will design it with you, need an extension no problem, gardening and landscaping are also available.

WE ARE NOT EXCLUSIVELY PRIVATE: If you are funded by the Local Authority or NHS and would prefer our service, simply inform the commissioner that you would like to top up your costs. Our costs are dependent on a person's geographic location, the number of hours care per day required and the person's specific requirements.

We have no referral criteria for us to provide a service. However, we do like to have some details before we meet you. We will then assess your needs alongside you, your family, carer and where appropriate friends.

If you qualify for Local Authority or NHS funding you can still use our service, ask about a personal budget and if required top up the fee it will be less than you think for a minimum 1 hour call time
