Penryn Library and Information Service
Services and organisations that have the Local Offer flash have filled out inclusion information, meaning that they meet the needs of people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
The management of Penryn Library Information Service has transferred to Penryn Town Council as part of our devolution programme. The Information Service has moved from Saracen House to the library at St Thomas Street Library. The move centralises Penryn Town Council and Cornwall Council services. Both councils will now work together from one location. Cornwall Council will continue to support the Town Council to deliver local services. Penryn Library Information Service customers remain members of the Cornwall Library and Information Service. All members may borrow from the countywide stock of books, CDs, and DVDs. Members also have access to online newspapers, e-magazines, eBooks, and computers.
