Mithian School is a small, rural school, situated between St Agnes and Perranporth. We have four classes with two year groups per class. Our EYFS class consists of 15 Reception children and up to 15 Nursery children. The school has a caring, family feel, with the older children being kind, supportive, and providing positive role models for the younger ones. 

We provide our Nursery children with rich learning experiences both within a small Nursery group, and as part of our EYFS/ Reception class. They have access to a wide range of outdoor and indoor learning resources. For many years, children have made above average progress in our Nursery group, and our end of Reception Profile results have been higher than national and County averages

We work to ensure that our Nursery children feel a valued part of our small, friendly school and thrive under the care of our experienced teachers.

We have places for children in the Summer Term before their Reception year.     9am —3.15pm.
