Empowering Independence Service - West (EI West) is a service providing accommodation and outreach support in the community for customers with complex support needs in West Cornwall. The work undertaken is funded through Cornwall Council’s Adult Social Care (ASC) “Social Inclusion and Empowering Independence” contracts from October 2019.

We currently have 7 self-contained flats at Rosehill Meadow Penzance and provide outreach in the Penzance, Hayle and St Ives areas.
