We would like to notify you of our current operational procedures in relation to the ongoing situation regarding COVID19 coronavirus.
To make a self-referral by phone, call (01208) 871905 between Monday to Friday (9:00am - 4:00pm). Any enquiries about appointments or Outlook South West services can also be directed via this number or via an enquiries email address - firstname.lastname@example.org

This will include the cancellation of our courses and workshops. Whilst we are continuing to take referrals (online or by phone), we are only able to offer telephone or other agreed digital platforms for assessment and treatment. During these unusual circumstances we apologise in advance for any extended wait times or delays.
