Work Your Way - Supported Internship Programme & Work Experience

Supported Internship is a 1-year programme where we work with young adults to prepare them for working life. The programme consists of 3 days per week.

It is likely that you have an idea of what type of work you want to do prior to starting this programme in order to get the most out of it.

We hope that by the end of the supported internship programme that you either gain paid employment, become a formal volunteer or are able to engage in another form of meaningful activity.

Our programme is based in Truro however, we endeavour to find the work placements close to home where possible.

Work Experience

A programme offering Careers Advice, Volunteering & building employability skills. The programme helps to instil the attitudes and behaviours expected in the workplace

We offer a variety of practical experience of the workplace in placements close to home.
