Open Door provides supported lodgings for Cornwall Care leavers aged 16 to 17 as part of their move on from Foster and Residential care to independence.
Supported lodging provision for 16 and 17-year-old Cornwall Care Leavers.
Providers are vetted and assessed and provide some support to care leavers in their move on to independent living. Providers offer independence skills and emotional support dependant on the needs of the young person.
