My name is Julie Walters. I am 46 years of age and a mother of 2, a boy aged 20 & a girl aged 15
I have worked with children all of my working life from the age of 18. My career has ranged from being a manager at a nursery to a teachers assistant. I have always enjoyed working with children, watching & helping them reach their full potential.
I have chosen to be a childminder because I feel I can give any child a good start in life with care, guidance & support.
I look after children aged 0 to 8 years.
I will be following the Early Years Foundation Stage, covering all areas of care through play and personal experiences.
As a childminder I will be liaising with other childminders in my area. I will also include outdoor activities such as local parks and my own garden to encourage physical play.
