Cornwall Council - Cognition & Learning Team
Services and organisations that have the Local Offer flash have filled out inclusion information, meaning that they meet the needs of people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

The Cognition and Learning Team is one of several SEN Support teams which are part of the Cornwall Council ‘Together for Families’ Directorate.

The Cognition and Learning Team supports schools in ensuring the effective inclusion, achievement and progression of children and young people with cognition and learning needs. The team works with children and young people for whom cognition and learning is their primary needs. Please note that the team supports children and young people working at SEN Support. The team has set criteria which must be met before an advisor can become involved.

The Cognition and Learning Team works closely with schools, children/young people and parents/carers. Advisers work with individual children, young people and their families as well as providing consultation and training.

For more information, view the Cognition and Learning Team webpage.
